3. Products and Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, stock availability, and prices are accurate. However, consistent stock availability is subject to seasonal changes and demand.

Bulk Orders: Pricing for lodge, event, or bulk orders is not finalized through the standard website checkout and must be handled via a custom quote request.

4. Payments and Billing

All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, PayFast. We accept standard payment methods supported by PayFast, including Credit/Debit Cards and Instant EFT. There are no hidden costs. The total cost of your order (including any applicable delivery fees outside of our free radius) will be displayed at checkout prior to payment. An email confirmation will be sent once your payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery Policy

Free Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery to customers within our specified delivery radius in the Nelspruit/Lowveld area. Delivery times are coordinated based on our routing and stock availability. While we strive to provide priority delivery and avoid delays, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

If you are located outside our standard delivery radius, additional delivery rules or fees may apply, or your order may need to be handled via a custom quote.

6. Returns and Refunds (The BeVonk Guarantee)

We stand behind the quality of our wood. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to poor quality or performance: We offer a Product Replacement or a Money-Back Guarantee.
